Shiroypixel collects only the information needed to arrange photography services, communicate about a booking, and protect the booking calendar from abuse.

Information we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, session location, service, appointment date and time, and any notes you choose to provide. We also record whether you agreed to receive booking-related text messages and their delivery status.

For abuse prevention, the website converts limited connection information into a daily security identifier. The rate-limit record does not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm and manage your appointment, prepare for your session, answer questions, prevent fake bookings, and send optional transactional text messages. We do not use booking consent for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Booking records are processed by our website hosting and database provider. If you opt in to text messages, your phone number and booking message are processed by Telnyx for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and protection

We keep booking information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use practical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes.

Your choices

Text-message consent is optional. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. You may ask to access or correct your booking information, or request deletion where appropriate.
